Thermo Extreme is a targeted, heat‑activating gel for hard fat zones only. Hard fat is firm and tyre‑like when pinched. Do not use on thin, crepey, or wobbly areas. The gel produces strong warmth under an occlusive wrap, creating temporary redness as the skin warms and the product acts. Use in salon per protocol, or at home for about 45 minutes.

How to Use

  1. Select area: hard fat only, feels firm and tyre‑like when pinched.
  2. Apply: spread 5 to 10 ml as a thin, even layer, then wash hands.
  3. Wrap: wait until the surface is tacky, then apply an occlusive wrap.
  4. Time and remove: leave about 45 minutes, unwrap, rinse with cool water.
