Refund and Returns Policy
1. 14-Day Return Window
We provide a 14-day return window starting from the date of package delivery. To be eligible for a refund, products must remain completely unopened, sealed in original packaging, and unused.
2. Returns Registration
To register a return, please email our clinical support team at contact@purecontour.co.uk. Return shipments must be sent via tracked carrier services. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged on arrival.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your returned package is inspected at our UK warehousing location, we will issue a credit to your original payment card within 5–7 business days.
